Connected Futures: The Science of Building Social Capital for High School Students

This four-session course helps high school students identify the adults already in their lives, reach out to them for support, and build strong and diverse networks. Students work through real-world activities from the Connected Futures Toolbox, practicing each skill rather than just reading about it. They are encouraged to bring in a family member or friend who can hold them accountable as they go.
