Jean Rhodes is Professor of Psychology at the University of Massachusetts Boston and Director of the Center for Evidence-Based Mentoring. She is the most cited researcher in the mentoring field her work has haped how programs across the country design, implement, and evaluate their services.
Dr. Rhodes is a co-author of both the 3rd and 4th editions of the Elements of Effective Practice for Mentoring. the national and global standard for quality youth mentoring programs.
