The SuperReady to Mentor bundle is a series of four concise, research-backed courses designed to equip staff and mentors with the core competencies of effective mentoring. Grounded in decades of mentoring science, this training provides practical, evidence-based strategies that can be applied across diverse mentoring program settings.
- Building Strong Mentoring Relationships: Develop meaningful, trusting, and enduring connections with mentees.
- Managing Ethical Challenges: Navigate complex ethical situations with sensitivity while upholding professional standards.
- Building Motivation: Supporting Mentee Behavior Change with Motivational Interviewing: Help mentees identify goals, overcome ambivalence, and find internal motivations to change.
- Supportive Accountability: Helping Your Mentees Reach Their Goals: Help mentees maintain engagement in the relationships and goals.
By completing the bundle and passing the final exam, participants earn a certificate in evidence-based mentoring, a credential that can be shared on social media and professional networks to highlight their training and expertise.
