Lesson 1,
Topic 1
In Progress
Experience 8
College was a lot harder than I expected. At first I didn’t really try hard in my classes and played a lot of video games… My grades were terrible. I needed to take some time off. When I got back, I knew I needed to change something. There was an older student I looked up to – he had lots of friends, seemed to have a good time, and got good grades. I knew that he spent a lot of time in the library studying between classes, so I tried that. It was hard, but I pushed myself to go every day and study. My grades turned around. I’m actually really proud of myself.
