SuperReady is a four-session, evidence-based resilience training designed to help students navigate the challenges and stress of college life. Rooted in the science of wise interventions—brief, psychologically precise strategies backed by decades of research in psychology and behavioral economics—this course equips learners with practical skills and growth-oriented mindsets that foster persistence, adaptability, and well-being.

In this course, students will:

Developed by mentoring expert Dr. Alexandra Werntz, Associate Director of the Center for Evidence-Based Mentoring, this course draws on research highlighted in the Handbook of Wise Interventions by social psychologists Gregory Walton and Alia Crum. It is designed not only as a tool for students but also as a resource for mentoring program training, ensuring mentors have the framework to support resilience in diverse student populations.
