Description
SuperReady is a four-session resilience training for students. It covers evidence-based skills and mindsets that help with managing challenges and stress in college. It draws on the science of ‘wise interventions, ‘ which are brief, psychologically precise interventions that are backed by decades of research in psychology and behavioral economics.
In this course, students will:
- Learn about values and identify current values
- Reflect on experiences of belonging
- Learn about the science of stress management
- Understand the importance of self-care
